Booking and Service Terms
Our services are provided based on a separate engagement agreement. Quotes are estimates and may change based on the scope of work. Payment terms are agreed before service delivery. These commerce terms apply to accounting, tax, payroll, and advisory services provided by Asesoría Contable Meridiano S. L. to clients in Spain. By requesting a service, you accept these terms together with our privacy policy, cookie policy, consent policy, and booking terms. We provide professional support for bookkeeping, tax filings, payroll processing, and related administrative tasks, but we do not offer legal advice or guarantee any specific tax outcome. Services are delivered through appointments, secure document exchange, and remote or in-person meetings at our Madrid office. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, and we rely on that information to prepare filings and reports. Fees are agreed before work begins, and any additional work outside the original scope will be quoted separately. We may use electronic communication for confirmations, reminders, and document delivery, and you can opt out of non-essential messages at any time. These terms do not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship beyond the specific service engagement. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. Payment and Estimates
Invoices are issued after service completion or as agreed. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date unless otherwise stated. We accept bank transfer and other agreed methods. Payment terms for Asesoría Contable Meridiano S. L. are agreed before each service begins, and you will receive a clear description of the fees and any applicable taxes. For one-off consultations, payment is due at the time of booking or immediately after the service, unless we agree otherwise in writing. For recurring services such as monthly bookkeeping or payroll, we may invoice you at the end of each billing period, and payment is due within fifteen days of the invoice date. We accept bank transfer and other standard payment methods available in Spain, and we will provide an invoice with our CIF B87364152 and the service details. If you need a payment plan, please contact us before the service so we can discuss options. Late payments may be subject to a reminder and, if necessary, suspension of ongoing services until the balance is cleared. We do not store your payment card details on this website, and any payment information you provide is handled in line with our privacy policy. For international clients, payments must be made in euros unless we agree otherwise, and you are responsible for any bank charges. If you dispute an invoice, contact us within ten business days so we can review the charges together. We will not begin new work if there is an outstanding balance from a previous service, unless we agree to a written arrangement. All fees are quoted without any promise of a specific tax saving or financial result.

Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Refunds are not provided for completed services. Prepaid services may be refunded proportionally if cancelled before commencement. Cancellation and refund terms for Asesoría Contable Meridiano S. L. depend on the type of service and when you cancel. For one-off consultations, you can cancel or reschedule without charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we may charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the consultation fee, unless there is an emergency. For recurring services, you can cancel the ongoing agreement with 30 days' written notice, and you will only pay for work completed up to the cancellation date. If we have already started a specific deliverable, such as a tax filing, and you cancel after we have begun, you may still owe the fee for the work performed. Refunds are issued only if we have not yet started the service or if we made an error that cannot be corrected. We do not offer refunds for completed services, because the work has already been delivered and cannot be returned. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us through the contact page with your invoice number and the reason. We will review your request within ten business days and respond in writing. Any refund will be made to the original payment method within fifteen business days of approval. These terms do not affect your statutory rights under Spanish consumer law where applicable.

When you contact support, please provide your name, the service reference, and a clear description of the issue. We will keep a record of your support request and the resolution steps. Support is included for active clients as part of the service fee, and we do not charge extra for routine questions. If your request requires additional work outside the original scope, we will provide a quote before starting. We do not provide 24/7 support, but we will respond to messages left outside business hours on the next business day. For privacy or data requests, use the same contact details and we will handle them according to our privacy policy.
